Delivery Questions

how do I order?

When you are ready to purchase, you need to first make an account so we can verify your age and address. (If it is your first time ordering with us, we do ask that you submit a selfie with you holding your ID). 

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

For now, we service the Central Valley including Galt, Lodi, Stockton and Manteca. 

HOW LONG DOES IT USUALLY TAKE TO DELIVER?

We pride ourselves on being local and delivering locally! We have 30-60minute delivery times depending on volume of orders.

HOW CAN I RECEIVE FREE DELIVERY?

The minimum amount for free delivery is $50.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?

Hours of operation are 12PM-8PM Thursday to Monday. We are closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Holiday hours may differ. Orders that are made after 6PM will be moved to the next business day  and processed in the morning. 

DO YOU HAVE A LOYALTY PROGRAM?

Yes, we have a loyalty program. Each point is worth $1, every $20 spent you earn one point.

Account Questions

DO I HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?

Yes. To create an account go to “PLACE ORDER NOW” tab on the top right hand corner of the website. There you will find an account tab where you can create an account.   

WHEN DO I GET A LOYALTY POINT?

For every $20 you spend you earn 1 point. Each point is equivalent to $1.

DO LOYALTY POINTS EXPIRE?

No. You earned them and they’re yours. Continue to earn them or spend them it’s up to you.

CAN I SEE HOW MANY LOYALTY POINTS I HAVE ON MY ACCOUNT?

Yes. You can see how many loyalty points you have. What is great is that your account acts like a profile so you can access it any time you want. 

HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

To create an account you will need to sign up on the menu page. There you will put in all of your information. That will also include a picture of your ID and a selfie of you holding your ID. If your ID doesn’t match your delivery address you will be asked to submit a “proof of residency” one time to be verified.

HOW OLD CAN YOU BE TO ORDER?

You must be 21 and over to order.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU DELIVER TO?

We service the Central Valley area from Galt all the way down to Manteca and some parts of Modesto. If you find that we do not service your area, please leave us an email to [email protected] to see if we can. 

WHAT TYPE OF TAXES AND FEES ARE ON MY RECEIPT?

The taxes that you see on your receipt are the City Tax, State Tax and Cannabis Tax. 

CAN I CALL AND PLACE AN ORDER?

Yes. You can place an order by calling our customer service phone number 833-861-0895. All photos of verification documents can be emailed to: [email protected]

CAN I PRE-ORDER?

Yes, when you go on the menu page select the tab “PRE-ORDER”. There you can select a specific time and date you would like to receive your package. 

Scheduled pre-orders open 9am-6pm everyday except Tuesday and Wednesday.

Payment Questions

Do you accept cards or is it cash only?

We accept both forms of payment. All customers who pay online earn 5 loyalty points that they can use on their next purchase. 

Can I pay online?

Yes, we have two cashless options. Kindtap is links to your bank accounts and you can chose that option through our website. If you would like to use debit card, you can use Paytender. To use Paytender, a representative will send you a link to pay through your phone.  

I want to return my product. How can I do that?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of any products. If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected]

CAN I STACK PROMOTIONS AND LOYALTY POINTS?

Yes, stacking on a promotion with loyalty points are accepted. Customers are not allowed to stack on different promotions together.
